Deleting your Pinny data

Pinny, by AT DevLab, has no accounts. Your trips, your places and your searches are only on your phone, so you delete them yourself, in the app, whenever you like.

How to do it

Open Pinny and tap the gear at the top, «Settings».
In the «Privacy» group, tap «Delete all my data».
Read the list and confirm with «Delete everything».

What is deleted

From this phone, it deletes:

Saved trips and the trip in progress
"Your places", your favourites
History: recent places and searches
Cache: map images already downloaded and temporary files
Today's count of route calculations

Only the settings stay: language, vehicle, units. This cannot be undone.

Uninstalling Pinny also deletes everything from the phone, settings included.

On our servers

There is nothing to delete on our servers: we keep no store of your data, and the requests made to calculate a route or find a place are not kept. So there is no retention period. Who else receives those requests, and what they do with them, is in the privacy information.
